Terms and Conditions

To provide the best possible care and keep our schedule running smoothly, please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment. This lets us dedicate the necessary time and attention to your treatment.

• Changes & cancellations: please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• No-shows: missing an appointment without prior notice results in a $100 no-show fee.

A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your service or product purchase. If you decide not to proceed with treatment, the deposit is refunded to your original payment method. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 business hours before your appointment, or do not show up, the deposit is forfeited.

Services: we do not provide refunds for services performed. Aesthetic treatments yield different results for each individual, so we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Additional treatments may be needed to reach your desired results, and associated costs are the client’s responsibility.

Retail products: all product sales are final. A defective product may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of purchase.

Gift certificates: gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and final.
