Dr. Myers brings a surgeon's eye for structure and proportion to the practice's aesthetic philosophy. As curator of facial aesthetics, he shapes how treatments are chosen and sequenced — favoring balanced, natural-looking outcomes grounded in anatomy over trend-driven work.

Shelly Rutkowski, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

A master injector with six years of injecting experience, Shelly specializes in profile balancing and natural enhancement across neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser services and skin rejuvenation. Health and safety come before every aesthetic decision she makes.

Allya takes a wellness-focused, results-driven approach to skin — a refined, European-inspired philosophy that honors the skin barrier and favors gentle, targeted correction over fads. Continuing education in advanced skin therapies keeps her protocols current.

Kelly Petersen

Kelly Petersen is the co-owner and driving force behind New Beauty Medical Aesthetics. With a passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others feel confident in their own skin, Kelly has created New Beauty to be more than a traditional medical spa—it’s a place where patients feel welcomed, understood, and genuinely cared for. Kelly oversees the day-to-day operations and continued growth of New Beauty, working closely with the medical and aesthetic team to create an elevated patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door. Her vision for New Beauty is centered around personalized care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. From advanced skin treatments and injectables to wellness services and customized treatment plans, the goal is always to help each patient look refreshed, natural, and like the best version of themselves. Kelly is passionate about continuing education and bringing innovative treatments, technology, and medical-grade skincare to New Beauty while maintaining the warm, personal atmosphere that patients have come to know and love. Outside of New Beauty, Kelly’s favorite role is being with her family. She and her husband are proud parents of two children, and their busy household is made even more fun by their three dogs. When she isn’t at the med spa, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her family and enjoying the beautiful chaos that comes with kids and dogs. For Kelly, New Beauty isn’t simply about aesthetics—it’s about confidence, relationships, and creating a space where taking care of yourself feels good.
