Appointment Policy
To provide the best possible care and maintain efficiency for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment at New Beauty Medical Aesthetics. This ensures a smooth schedule and allows us to dedicate the necessary time and attention to your treatment. We appreciate your cooperation.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At New Beauty Medical Aesthetics, we respect your time and aim to offer a seamless experience for every patient. To help us accommodate all appointments effectively, please note our cancellation and no-show guidelines:
- Appointment Changes & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without prior notice will result in a $100 no-show fee.
Deposit Policy
A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service or product purchase. If you decide not to proceed with the treatment, the deposit will be refunded to your original payment method. However, if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 business hours before your appointment or fail to show up, the deposit will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
Services
We do not provide refunds for any services performed at New Beauty Medical Aesthetics. Since aesthetic treatments yield different results for each individual, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Additional treatments may be necessary to achieve your desired results, and any associated costs are the client’s responsibility.
Retail Products
All product sales are final. However, if a product is defective, you may exchange it for the same item within 14 days of purchase.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and final.
